2. After receiving the product, please do the test as soon as possible. Please read the manual carefully before testing or using the board. ) Please pay special attention to avoid the circuit burned and static electricity breakdown caused by improper connection. Please note improper operating and man-made damage do not belong to the warranty range.)
3. If you test the board and find it not work normally, please double check whether it's the problem of connections or software configuration (usually caused by these kinds of problems). After the double checking and the board still cannot work, please send the products back for us to check. The buyer pay for the return shipping cost first. If it's really the problem of the boards, we'll pay the shipping cost for both sides. But if after checking, we find the product is ok, or it’s caused by improper operating/man-made damage, the buyers should bear the fees for the shipping and the replacements of the components. We are responsible for providing free maintenance services.
4. Free maintenance is available for 6 months from the date of purchase. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost and replacement parts. And we bear the shipping cost sending to the buyers.
5. Over 6 months, we provide paid maintenance services. The maintenance fees will be charged according to the specific situations.
