Leveling points:<3, turn off the auto-leveling function.

                           = 3, use three-point detection, and linear leveling.

                           > 3, use multi-point non-linear leveling.

X-axis probe offset: the starting point and nozzle are overlap in the X direction, just set to 0.

Y-axis probe offset: the starting point and nozzle are overlap in the Y direction, just set to 0.

Z-axis probe offset: the starting point and nozzle are overlap in the Z direction, just set to 0.

Probe for Z-axis min limit: pressure film is not recommended  to be used to level and limit at the same time. Otherwise, the module needs to be installed for each time when Z axis homing.

Probe open angle: no need to use this parameter, no need to set.

Probe stowed angle: no need to use this parameter, no need to set.

Probe trigger mode: Select HIG as the trigger mode according to the wiring diagram in the figure.


If connect the black line to the PIN of the blue circle to improve the anti-interference ability of the automatic leveling signal, but the probe's trigger mode needs to be changed to LOW.

Personal use experience of the pressure film switch:

When using it for automatic leveling, although a manual installation of the film added for each leveling process, the leveling set is simple, and easy to operate, and the price affordable. The actual leveling effect is ideal. Recommended to use!

X-axis probe offset: The distance of capacitive proximity switch from the nozzle in the X-axis direction when triggered. (Positive and negative are determined according to the print platform coordinate system.) 

Y-axis probe offset: The distance of capacitive proximity switch from the nozzle in the Y-axis direction when triggered. (Positive and negative are determined according to the print platform coordinate system.) 

Z-axis probe offset: No need to fill in the value, can just set it to 0.  The capacitive proximity switch is triggered when the nozzle touching the platform.

Probe for Z-axis min limit: The capacitive proximity switch can be used for both leveling and limit.

Probe open angle: no need to set.

Probe stowed angle: no need to set.

Probe trigger mode: Select LOW as the trigger mode when do wiring as in the figure shows.

Z-axis probe offset: The offset of the probe from the nozzle in the Z-axis direction when triggered. (Required, and this value can only be negative.)

Probe for Z-axis min limit: BLTouch can be used for both leveling and Z-axis homing.

Probe open angle: The open angle of the servo when probe stretches. Set to 10 when using BLTouch.

Probe stowed angle: The stowed angle of the servo when probe withdraws. Set to 90 when using BLTouch.

Probe trigger mode: Select HIG as the trigger mode when use BLTouch.

Personal use experience of BLtouch:

BLtouch is a good integrated and easy to install sensor, but the price is a bit high. The actual use for leveling is not so ideal, because the probe has a big trigger gap, which is difficult to adjust. Second, if the setting of XY axis offset is wrong, it will also lead to leveling error, affecting the leveling effect.

Note: Before connecting the servo to the board, please check the servo voltage first. If the servo uses 5V voltage, please jump the jumper cap to the left. If the servo can use high voltage, please connect the jumper to the right, and when the jumper to the right, the servo voltage will be the same as the input voltage of the main board.

Incorrect connecting may lead to the servo and the motherboard burned! ! !
